Fallas Company History

Joseph Fallas started the parent company of Fallas, National Stores Inc. as Fallas Parades in 1962 in a downtown store in Los Angeles.FallasIt bought Factory 2-U Stores Inc. after it filed for bankruptcy. One year later, Fallas also acquired Conway Stores, followed by the takeover of Anna's Linens. There was a requirement that some of the stores would still be operating under Anna’s Linens brand.

In order to get a more centralized location, Fallas Stores signed a 10-year lease in 2016 worth $26 million. With this, the company relocated its distribution center to Perris, California, from its previous location Otay Mesa.

Fallas is running three subsidiaries such as FP Stores, Factory 2-U, and J&M Sales Inc. All of the subsidiaries can be found in more than 200 locations that are spread across different US states of Florida, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, Illinois, and Texas. The stores are conveniently located downtown, specialty centers, and power strips and serve the small communities.
