Several years later, this deal ended, and together with new companions, A. T. Osborn and Edward P. Williams established a paint firm. Soon they bought their first factory dedicated to colors, paint, and oil production. In the 1870s, Sherwin-Williams launched their first item – Guaranteed Strictly Pure Raw Umber in Oil.
